Description
I am using boost v 1.64.0 along with beast on ubuntu machine. I am facing issues while compiling that boost/asio/associated_allocator.hpp file doesnt exist. i tried with v1.65.1 as well, getting similar issues. I need to know which version of boost supports associated_allocator.hpp
