Compiling has_plus_assign.hpp with VS2017 (15.7.1) generates the Warning C5032.

When compiling has_plus_assign.hpp with "Microsoft Visual Studio Professional 2017 Version 15.7.1" the warning:

warning C5032: detected #pragma warning(push) with no corresponding #pragma warning(pop) compiling ...
