def.hpp causes errors

I simply added the include file def.hpp into an
existing cpp program and get the following errors when
trying to build with bjam.  I used the same directory
as the example hello.cpp and modified the Jamfile for
the new program.

I don't know what the problem is, but pleast try Boost 1.30.0 
or the latest CVS.  We simply can't support Boost 1.29.0 
any longer.

Also, Boost.Python issues should go to the C++-sig: 
http://www.python.org/sigs/c++-sig/
