Trac site too hard to find

Description
It is too hard to find a link to the Boost trac system from the main Boost website. It is buried as a coloured link inside the text descriptions on the Bugs page under support.
Suggest adding a second link in Support category under "Bugs" for "Trac".

I think this is easier to find now, under 'Reporting Bugs' on the home page. I'm also adding a link to the wiki (r53509).
