Description

The CMake configuration introduction at ​http://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/wiki/CMakeBuildConfiguration should be updated to reflect changes in CMake 2.6.0. In particular, we should primarily direct users to the Qt-based GUI on *nix (cmake-gui), and, ideally, provide some screenshots showing the configuration process.

docs now in restructuredtext, cmake requires 2.6.4 or bettter
