the docs mention TimeDuration all over (e.g. thread::timed_join) but I can't find a table of requirements. How do I know what this parameter means?

I would like to read it but I could not find it in the main tree.
I was not able to find it in http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_35_0/doc/html/thread.html

I've added a section on date and time usage in boost.thread to the docs on trunk. Revision 45859.
