broken link on "Reporting Boost Bugs" page

The "visit the settings page" link at http://www.boost.org/support/bugs.html gives me

Error: Not Found No handler matched request to /settings

. I don't see a Settings button among the trac links at the top; there is Preferences, which looks like it's where I'm supposed to fill in my name and e-mail, but when I submit that form I get

Error: Bad Request Missing or invalid form token. Do you have cookies enabled?

even when I have cookies allowed for boost.org. (Firefox 3.)

I think I fixed this in [48232] and merge to live in [48305].
