I get that when i try installing it

Well, you can try again, try turning off any firewalls, try with a different mirror, or build/install from source as shown in the Getting Started Guide. The installer you're using is supplied by boostpro computing, not boost.org, so this would not be the best place to report a bug against it. Reassigning to Daniel (who wrote the installer) in case he wants to do something about it, but it seems to me it might get closed as invalid.
