Documentation pointing to .htm files (not .html)

At least a few places in the html docs point to .htm files 
such as items in "Libraries Listed Alphabetically" 
and "Libraries Listed by Categories"

examples:
Regex - points to libs/regex/index.htm
Smart Pointer - points to libs/smart_ptr/index.htm

but the file on disk is actually:
Regex - libs/regex/index.html
Smart Pointer - libs/smart_ptr/index.html

I'm glad to see that this has already been reported.  I 
just thought I'd mention that we're also experiencing this 
problem.

I believe this should now be addressed in Boost-1.33
