Description

/usr/local/include/unit++.h: In member function
`virtual void unitpp::exception_test<E>::operator()()':
/usr/local/include/unit++.h:163: error: there are no
arguments to `fail' that depend on a template
parameter, so a declaration of `fail' must be available
/usr/local/include/unit++.h:163: error: (if you use
`-fpermissive', G++ will accept your code, but allowing
the use of an undeclared name is deprecated)

Hum... unit++.h isn't a Boost header.

Is this actually a problem with non-Boost software, such as 
unit++ ? See http://sourceforge.net/projects/unitpp
