Description
I made what I think are some corrections but I am not 100% sure I got those right and am wondering what else might be outdated on this page. Please check it out and close the ticket if everything's OK.

The docs on testing have been moved to restructuredtext, distributed with boost.cmake and available here:
http://sodium.resophonic.com/boost-cmake/current-docs/
and the testing instructions have changed a lot.
