Include bjam.exe in Boost archive

Description

It'd be handy if the bjam exe was included in the Boost archive. That way, a separate download and unpack operation would not be necessary, simplifying installing Boost.

Status: new → closed

The new build process using bootstrap.sh/bootstrap.bat builds bjam from the source, so a separate download is not necessary.
