Inspect header label is inaccurate

Description
The label "files with apple macros" is inaccurate; it lists the number of Apple macro conflicts, not the number of separate files. In particular, asio has only a few distinct files with Apple macro issues, while the report claims that 620 of its files have that issue. "Apple" should probably also be capitalized in the caption. It might actually be better to change the program's behavior to match the current caption, though, so that there aren't hundreds and thousands of errors from some libraries.

The Apple macros checks were added by Marshall. Beman added the bookmark checks.
Similarly, the heading at the top for "bookmarks with invalid characters" appears to also count some broken links to bookmarks (m_bookmark_errors is printed for the "invalid characters" count, but is also incremented for unknown bookmarks).
