Description 

The attached file shows a discrepancy with boost 1.31
and 1.32 when dealing with shared_ptr's and signals.
The 1.32 behavior can cause memory leaks in certain
conditions.

Yes, this is a bug in 1.32.0. We have fixed it in Boost 1.33.0, to be 
released shortly.
