Description
When building libboost_unit_test_framework.so compilation of unit_test_parameters.cpp fails see attachment.
I have no real chance to upgrade to a newer compiler version and I had no problems with Boost 1.39.0

Older compilers are not supported anymore. This is a compiler from last century.
