Description
Must be done some improvements:
1) License must be added
2) BOOST_LEXICAL_CAST_ASSUME_C_LOCALE macro breaks down the original design of the library, so it must be commented out (at least from documentation)
3) W3 html validator yields some errors
4) It is hard to read FAQ (design must be improved)
