Failed to build Boost.Jam with toolset pathscale

Description

Hi, since PathScale released their compiler (4.0.10) to the open source community, I wanted to give it a try and aimed at compiling boost. Unfortunately, the bootstrap step fails.

$ pathcc --version

PathScale (tm) Compiler Suite: Version 4.0.10 Built on: Thread model: posix GNU gcc version (PathScale 4.0.10 driver)
