Description
The bug ticket#3978 still exists in Boost 1.47.0 with the final tag </TestLog> missing in the file, but appearing in cout.
If you pipe the output of the command line, like in: $(TargetPath) --result_code=no --report_format=hrf --log_level=test_suite --log_format=xml > PipedResult.txt the final tag is there.
I'm using MSVC2010 b.t.w.

Fixed in trunk. Expect to appear in next Boost Release (not upcoming, but next)
