Inconsistent name for math constant twothirds

Description
The name for constant twothirds is inconsistent with other names.
"twothirds" is therefore deprecated in favor of
"two_thirds" which should be used instead.
Both will be kept for at least a few releases.
It is proposed that other new constants will be added soon and a minireview.
