Another such file is date_time\test\posix_time\testformatters.cpp, which is also empty and unused.

Forgot to mention: I found this in 1.48, but it is also present in at least 1.33.1 and trunk. In none of those versions is it mentioned in the jamfile, so deleting that file is really all that would be necessary.
