Description
boost 1.48 vc10.mak generates 1.47 libraries so they cannot be used. Ready made boost binaries I could find for 1.47 only. I cannot figure out where to download boost 1.47 package. So the is complete dead end.

Right, the makefiles are provided for convenience, but are deprecated really.... use the official install method as Steven suggests.

Regex is the library that has makefiles, right?
Anyway, use the standard build:
