Having problems with building boost

Having problems while trying to build boost. Using
Windows 2000 Professional, ActiveState Python and i
have visual studio .net 2003 installed as well. I
downloaded boost_1_33_0 and bjam. Used command "bjam
"-sTOOLS=vc-7_1" install" but I keep getting error:

<@boost!include!boost-1_33!boost!mpl!aux_!preprocessed!no_ctps>lambda
_no_ctps.hpp for lack of
<directory-grist>C:\Boost\include\boost-1_33\boost\mpl\
aux_\preprocessed\no_ctps...

boost library.My compiler is visual studio 2003 .net v7.I 
have read the tutorial already given on how to build this 
library under .net but I'm getting confused.I have 
downloaded the necessary files already.can some one send 
me a problem instruction installation on visual studio
