I want to use boost with the Open Watcom compiler.

How do I have to configure user-config.jam in order to
use it with my compiler?

We don't current support the Watcom compiler. If you would like to help in supporting it you can start by posting to the Boost Build list. We'll gladly walk you through creating a buikld toolset for it there.
