Iterator adaptor and facade are not in TR1

Both iterator_facade and iterator_adaptor as well as many of the specialized adaptors mentioned below have been proposed for standardization, and accepted into the first C++ technical report;

Assuming this is referring to TR1 it's incorrect and very out of date, neither was included in TR1.
