date_time_zonespec file for 2007?

Description 

Has anyone updated the date_time_zonespec.csv file for the new US dst rules taking effect next month?  I could attempt to do it myself, but I'd rather have someone familiar with the exact syntax do it.  I looked in CVS, and don't see any recent updates.

Fixes for this have been checked into 1.34 and a new data file uploaded to the boost vault. see http://boost-consulting.com/vault/index.php?&direction=0&order=&directory=date_time
