Boost Test should be able to generate report in both XML and HRF together

Description
Currently when i use boost test framework, the framework provides me an option to generate a test report and log in either a XML or HRF. I want the Test framework to generate both the formats (XML and HRD) together. Instead of a 'or' condition, it will be great to have a 'and' condition for report and log formats.

It is now possible to specify several loggers on the command line or environment variable (each with their own log level and log sink). Merged to develop and master (rev a8fa08b9b78516b78458ecb8b005d520a0c173f7).
