Description 

The file exceptions.cpp in boost::threads 
contains an unnecessary #include <string>, which 
gave me some linking problems. It can be removed.
Boost Version 1.27.0

In the current CVS the type std::string is referenced in the
file. Therfore the include cannot be removed.
