Description
I tried to sumbit #9383 from
139.1.148.6
but the system said it was spam (ip). So I switched to
79.246.230.3

The message was also strange since I was asked to do a captcha, but there was no captcha:
Captcha Error Submission rejected as potential spam (Akismet says content is spam, StopForumSpam says this is spam (ip)) Trac thinks your submission might be Spam. To prove otherwise please provide a response to the following.
