Description
The ip_multicast* tests failed because setsocketopt() returned a size of 1 instead of 4.
With the attached patch for boost/asio/ip/detail/socket_option.hpp, the tests involving multicast_enable_loopback succeed with both IPv4 and IPv6.

I meant to say getsocketopt() returns 1.
I've also verified that the size is 1 byte for IPv4 on QNX 6.3.2.
