SSL overview documentation issues

Hi,

I think there are two issues in the overview documentation:

http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_37_0/doc/html/boost_asio/overview/ssl.html

ssl::context ctx(io_service, ssl::context::sslv23);

io_service is a class. It should probably be my_io_service or similar.

ip::tcp::socket& sock = ssl_sock.lowest_layer();

This actually won't compile, because lowest layer yields a reference to the base type of ip::tcp::socket.
