Description
The following is the buggy piece of code from detail/kqueue_reactor_fwd.hpp
#if defined(MACH) && defined(APPLE) Define this to indicate that epoll is supported on the target platform. #define BOOST_ASIO_HAS_KQUEUE 1

In getaddrinfo emulation, only check the socket type (SOCK_STREAM or SOCK_DGRAM) if a service name has been specified. This should allow the emulation to work with raw sockets.
